Work or live on Joint Base San Antonio and have a quality of life issue? The Joint Base San Antonio Armed Forces Action Plan team wants to know about it.

The team is collecting submissions for inclusion in this year's conference. 

Submissions are due by 1 October.

Download the submission form here

Email them to usaf.jbsa.502-abw.mbx.502-fss-volunteer@mail.mil.

Or drop them off at AFAP submission boxes at all the Military and Family Readiness Centers, San Antonio Military Medical Center, the Warrior and Family Support Center and In and Out Processing.
